Yes, our premises does look completely different but the most important changes are in our cooking methods, and the fact that our new menu and recipes incorporate so many more homemade ingredients.
We have gone all out to ensure we source these great ingredients, hence we now only use Gubbeen Smokehouse bacon, salami and chorizo. In our souvlaki and salad we are using Macroom buffalo mozzarella and their excellent Halloumi. St. Tola’s Goat’s cheese is perfect in our Calzone. Our hand built Inka Charcoal Oven retains the moisture in our meats and adds some fabulous charcoal flavour to our main courses. We are also happy owners of a brand new pasta maker. This baby allows us to make all our pastas fresh daily, using only free range eggs and premium flour.
